Our Mission is to provide backpacks and school supplies to kids in need whose daily lives are being impacted by breast cancer. Help us fill our packs as we aim to support and outfit these kids with the daily essentials for school and beyond.

Co-Founder

My name is Sienna Koke, and I am the Co-Founder of The Pink Pack Foundation. I am currently a sophomore at Villanova University studying Finance in the Villanova School of Business. Since co-founding The Pink Pack Foundation, I have developed a strong interest in business, finance, entrepreneurship, and finding ways to use those interests to make a positive impact.

At Villanova, I am involved in several business and finance organizations, including SWIFT, Villanova Finance Group, and Women in Business. I also stay involved in service through NOVAdance and Special Olympics and am a member of Villanova Club Lacrosse.

Outside of school, I founded Social with Sienna, a social media marketing business where I work with local businesses and nonprofits to manage their social media, create content, develop websites, and grow their online presence. I have also gained exposure to different areas of finance, which has helped me develop a strong interest in the industry and continue exploring where I want to take my career.

The Pink Pack Foundation continues to be one of the most meaningful parts of my life. What started as an idea to help families in our community has grown into something much bigger than we ever expected. I am excited to continue growing Pink Pack, reaching more families, and finding new ways to make an impact.

Our Story

The work and activism of our parents, Dr. David Light and Lauryn Koke, have inspired us to start this foundation. Dr. Light is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon specializing in breast cancer reconstruction. Lauryn Koke is the Immediate Past President of Pink Aid Long Island, a local charity that assists underserved and underinsured breast cancer patients with basic needs.

We have watched them support, treat and fundraise tirelessly for families affected by this disease which led us to ask the question...If the parents need assistance with things like rent, food, and daily utility bills, then how can they provide the daily essentials their children need for school?

It is our mission to collect backpacks and school supplies for these children and we are asking for your support to help us achieve this goal. This past year, we successfully collected 275 backpacks and school supply packs and distributed them to 8 local breast cancer coalitions on Long Island. We are excited to increase our goal this year to 500 backpacks and school supply packs! We can’t wait to help provide daily necessities to even more families impacted by breast cancer!
